The Countdown
Well here we are. It is exactly 2 weeks before the production. Do I feel ready? Not really, yet I fully understand in my head that this is a common feeling at this stage. My heart is catching up to this reality. It helps to have people who believe in me and this project who confirm this.
I have learned so much about people (commitment, hang-ups, generosity, passion, beauty, vulnerability, trust, ways to grow-physically-spiritually-emotionally) and the technical aspects of a production(what is a Leprecon 612 console anyway?;-) and how to wear many hats (saving many dollars) and create the vision in my mind's eye and the one on my heart and that of the cast.
Thanks to those of you who have reserved your tickets and to those of you who will be reserving your tickets (nudge-nudge); blessings on those who have been praying for this process and the final product; gracious living to those who have been generous with their time, service, finances; and deep gratitude and honour to those who have committed to this project as cast and crew.
Let's Do It! Here comes the Unveiling of QPP and the first of many productions!

I am behind you all the way Dee. I am so inspired by your willingness to put your story out there infront of people. You are one of the reasons I decided to change my story and become that vulnerable person infront of my classmates and the "world". I know that you are scared and excited and overwhelmed and so many different emotions right now. I am praying for you every chance I get. Thank you for being you and for everything you do. You are a one of a kind woman that I am honored to have in my life. May the peace of God cover you in this moment now and always.

You are the reason I chose to be vulnerable in my show and for that I am truly greatful. I know that right now you are scared, excited, overwhelmed and exhausted and I want to encourage you to keep going and hold on tight to what you know is true. I pray for you every chance I get.
